A ribbon is a count that can be checked. Follow it to the reports selecting both categories, inspect their original flags, or open the complete agency workbook.
The retained source
The drawing uses the original DIR HQ64881 Part 1 RLLV workbook, supplied in the July 30, 2026 public-records production. Sheet RLLVS contains 73,094 report rows and 68,708 distinct LWDA case identifiers. Its stated submission-date coverage is September 6, 2016 through July 29, 2026.
The workbook is preserved byte for byte. The source manifest records its identity, column mapping, counting policies and derived matrices. The extracted records retain worksheet row numbers, source flags and original date strings.

Read the evidence
Meal and rest breaks with wage statements opens the supporting rows for one pairing. Each row exposes its case identifier, employer, source dates and exact flag cells. Switch counting units to compare latest reports with all report rows, or search for an identifier or employer.
The counting method explains the distinction between pair incidences, category prevalence and report counts, including how amendments and same-date ties are handled.
Agency context
DIR’s official PAGA program page describes submissions and public-records access and links to the agency’s PAGA search. It is contextual authority; it is not the download location for this production workbook.
The page was retained October 19, 2026 as original HTML and a complete mechanical text extraction. The agency page is dated September 2025. The drawing’s data cutoff remains July 29, 2026.
Scope
Eight selected allegation categories are displayed from 29 source flags. These are recorded selections, not adjudicated violations, damages, or evidence that one alleged violation caused another. This retained production is not presented as a complete or continuously updated census of every PAGA notice.
